To complete an automatic breadsticks line different automatisms can be used, such as:
- – ultrasonic cutter for the short “moulded” breadsticks.
- – grain distributors (sesame, poppy seed, rosemary, etc…).
- – salt dispensers at the entrance of the baking tunnel oven.
- – breadstick discharging systems from the baking pan after the cooling system, both ordered and in bulk.
- – breadstick alignment systems for packaging
