Our automatic proofer equipment for the leavening process of the breadstick can be of various types:
- – statics for “wells” (gorges) baking pans solution in case of moulded breadstick
- – dynamics with “noria” solution for “wells” (gorges) baking pans (therefore with automatic loading conveyor of baking pans) in case of moulded breadstick
- – dynamics with belt conveyor proofing system in case of breadsticks “stretched” for long or wide
Our proofers are equipped with air conditioning systems with temperature and humidity management by PLC.
