- – retracting loading belt for the correct deposit of the “ciabatta” on the flat plates proofer support
- – transfer of the “ciabatta” into the baking tunnel oven thanks to an automatic oven loading system
- – retracting loading belt at the exit of the baking tunnel oven for the correct positioning of the “ciabatta” into the cooling systems
