Our machines for the “focaccia” can have a production range up to 500 baking pans/h. Our hoppers and lamination systems are designed to achieve a correct preparation of the dough strip before the deposit into the baking pans. The machines handle soft and rested dough with 80% content of water.
The machine can be supplied with salt, brine and oil distributors necessary for the leavening process.
They can be used in artisan bakeries or combined with full automatic lines in large industries.
