Product characteristics
The Hot dog and the Hamburger are soft bread, the first consisting of an elongated shape, while the second by a round shape.
These are types of bread linked to the Anglo-Saxon tradition:
- the hamburger is cut in half to be filled and eaten as a sandwich
- the hot dog, on the other hand, is also often perforated for the insertion of a sausage and its sauces.
