To complete an automatic line for “hot dog/hamburger” different automatisms can be used, such as:
– retracting loading belt for the correct deposit of the “hot dog/hamburger” on the flat plates proofer support, on the flat pans or on moulded pans
– grain dispensers (sesame, poppy seeds, etc…) at the entrance or exit of the proofer
– transfer of the “hot dog/hamburger” into the baking tunnel oven thanks to an automatic baking tunnel oven loading system or an automatic pans loading system
– retracting loading belt at the exit of the baking tunnel oven for the correct positioning of the “hot dog/hamburger” into the cooling systems or an automatic transfer of the pans out of the baking tunnel oven
