– retracting loading belt for the correct deposit of the “pizza” on the flat plates proofer support or into the flat pans
– pinner sytem out of the proofer for stress-free rolling and levelling of the “pizza”
– oil, tomato and cheese distributors at the exit of the proofer or at the exit of the baking tunnel oven
– transfer of the “pizza” into the baking tunnel oven thanks to an automatic oven loading system or an automatic pans loading system
– retracting loading belt at the exit of the baking tunnel oven for the correct positioning of the “pizza” into the cooling systems or an automatic transfer of the pans out of the baking tunnel oven
