– retracting loading belt for the correct deposit of the “special bread” on the flat plates proofer support or on baking pans
– transfer of the “special bread” into the baking tunnel oven thanks to an automatic oven loading system or an automatic pans loading system
– retracting loading belt at the exit of the baking tunnel oven for the correct positioning of the “special bread” into the cooling systems or an automatic transfer of the pans out of the baking tunnel oven
